We have a special interest in treating prenatal and postnatal women, babies and children. Although structural techniques are used where appropriate, all our practitioners primarily use a gentle approach including cranial osteopathy and biodynamics

Sara Bailes
B.SocSci (Econs), BSc (Hons) Ost
Sara is a Singaporean Osteopath, originally from South Africa. She graduated from University College of Osteopathy, London in 2002. She uses the cranial approach as well as structural techniques. She has a special interest in treating women through all stages of life and has won awards for her treatment of pre and postnatal women. She has experience with newborn osteopathy and training in Paediatrics with the University College of Osteopathy.
Elaine Ward
BSc (Hons) Ost
Elaine is a British Osteopath who graduated from University College of Osteopathy, London in 2002. She has worked in the UK and Hong Kong before moving to Singapore. She has experience treating all ages of patients including newborns, teenagers and the elderly. Elaine uses a combination of structural and cranial techniques and also uses dry needling where appropriate. Drawing on her 22 years of experience and different treatment modalities ensures that every patient receives a unique treatment tailored specifically for the condition they are presenting with.
Philippe Raoux
BSc (Hons) Ost
Philippe is an experienced osteopath who graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (UK) in 1996. He is fluent in both French and English. Philippe uses a gentle approach to treatment. He is a visiting osteopath at Essence Osteopathy a few times a year.
